Please review our processing and shipping timeframes carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase with The Hair Plug, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping terms below.

READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS

Items labeled “Ready to Ship” are currently available in our inventory.

Processing Time: Up to 2–5 business days

Shipping Time: Approximately 2–4 business days after processing is complete.

Please Note: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are NOT business days for The Hair Plug and do not count toward processing times.

Processing time and shipping time are two separate timeframes. Receiving a “Ready to Ship” item does not mean your order will ship the same day it is placed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Any product labeled “Pre-Order” is not currently part of our ready-to-ship inventory and is ordered specifically to fulfill your purchase.

Processing Time: Up to 15 business days

Shipping Time: Approximately 2–4 business days after processing is complete.

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are NOT business days for The Hair Plug and do not count toward the 15-business-day processing period.

Please do not place a pre-order if you need your hair immediately or if our processing timeframe does not work with your scheduled appointment, vacation, birthday, or event.

IMPORTANT

Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing time does NOT include shipping time. For example, a pre-order may require up to 15 business days for processing, followed by an additional 2–4 business days for shipping.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of any appointments or events. The Hair Plug is not responsible for missed appointments, events, trips, or other deadlines due to an order being placed without allowing the full stated processing and shipping timeframe.

By placing an order with The Hair Plug, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the processing and shipping timeframe associated with the item(s) you purchased.
